WRITING - Handling airport complaints
Course weblog: Memo from Gary Richards, Skyways
Work with a partner or individually.
You work at an airport in your country and have received a memo (which is posted in the course weblog). The memo is from Gary Richards, Ground Operations Manager at Skyways. Read the memo and consider the complaints that Mr Richards presents. Select one of the complaints (the memo contains six), and make a comment in the course weblog where you reply to the complaint that you selected.
- Only one piece of cabin luggage per passenger is allowed onto the aircraft. Can you please make sure that this ruling is implemented.
